Unfortunately, we can’t warm up baby food as we don’t have the appropriate facilities – our microwaves are industry strength.

Yes, we do. You’ll receive a stamp for each handmade drink that’s prepared by your Barista – such as coffee, iced drink, hot chocolate (it doesn’t include things like water or soft drinks). When you collect nine stamps, your next handmade drink will be on us. You can choose any size, so go big!

Once you’ve applied to us online, we will review your application and let you know the outcome. You may then be contacted for a first stage telephone interview. If you are successful at that stage, you will be asked to come to store for a face-to-face interview. As part of that interview, we will make sure you get to meet the team, and really understand what working at Caffè Nero is all about!

Stamps you’ve earned never expire.

You earn a stamp when purchasing any of our handmade drinks – anything from an Espresso or Latte to a Frappe Crème.

Yes. The Barista will add this on when using a Caffè Nero reusable cup. Stamps are ordinarily not awarded for voucher redemptions.

Unfortunately, our loyalty card’s free handcrafted beverage cannot be redeemed delivery orders. Loyalty card benefits are currently applicable only for in-store purchases as outlined in our terms and conditions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
